    90 Minute Strategy Intensive

    During our 90 minute Zoom call, we’ll be diving into the core areas identified through your deep dive questionnaire. I’ll be supporting you with crafting a strategy and action plan that tackles these areas, bringing in the power of neuroscience and nervous system regulation as we do it, to ensure that the actions you’re going to take in the weeks following the call are not just strategic and results-oriented, but make you feel totally lit up too!

  • Your Bespoke Action Plan

    Immediately after our call you’ll receive your call recording for you to keep and rewatch whenever you want. Within 72 hours of our call, you’ll receive your bespoke action plan mapping out aligned goals and strategic actions for you to take over the coming weeks, to bring these goals to life. This is completely bespoke, personalised to your business, your personality, the lifestyle you want and anything else that came up during your deep dive intensive call.

  • A Week of Voice-note Support

    Once you’ve received your action plan, you’ll also have me in your pocket for a week of voicenote support (I use Telegram for this), for any questions that come up for you, to support you on taking action on the goals and the strategy that we’ve created and as your cheerleader and support system to create momentum around the plan we’ve put together.
